More than an athlete
More than an athlete
Every medal, every personal best, and every competition is built on thousands of unseen moments - early mornings, late nights, setbacks, small victories, and an unwavering commitment to becoming better than yesterday.
My journey isn't just about chasing marks. It's about pursuing excellence while helping others discover what's possible through discipline, resilience, and belief in themselves.

From the first time I stepped onto a track in 9th grade, I fell in love with the challenge of seeing what I was capable of. Over the years, the Broken Records, State Championships, and All-American honors grew into a commitment to becoming one of the best multi-event athletes in the country.
Today, I compete as a professional heptathlete, balancing training, coaching, relationships, and everyday life while continuing to pursue my highest potential.
The heptathlon has taught me lessons that extend far beyond sport. Success doesn't come from mastering one skill, it comes from embracing the process of becoming stronger, more adaptable, and more resilient across every challenge.
Those lessons influence not only how I compete but also how I coach and live.
Seven track & field events.
Two days.
One opportunity to perform at your best.
It demands speed, strength, power, endurance, technical skill, and mental toughness.
Every event presents new skills and technique, which is exactly what draws me to the heptathlon. There is always opportunity to progress.
As a speed and strength coach, I've had the privilege of working with athletes of different ages and experience levels, helping them build confidence alongside performance. Whether it's improving sprint mechanics, increasing explosiveness, or simply helping someone believe they belong on the track/field/court, coaching allows me to give back. Watching someone achieve something they once thought impossible is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
The groggy morning
The difficult training sessions
The life of a coach
The relationships I've created
The tools I use
And all the lessons learned along the way
My goal is to give athletes and fans an honest look at what it takes to pursue excellence, while encouraging them to chase their own goals. If sharing my journey helps even one athlete believe they're capable of more than they imagined, it's worth it.
Originally from Belgrade, MT. I love the mountains, hiking, fishing, and floating on the river.
I currently live in Edinboro, PA. It is a small town with a tight knit community that has been extremely supportive!
My favorite event to compete in is either javelin or high jump - probably whichever one I do better at
My favorite event to coach is high jump
I'm a coffee addict. I have my own espresso machine at home, I make my own coffee syrups, but I do still make occasional stop to the local shop "Bean & Bear"
I am engaged and have a 1.5 y/o dog named Layla. She's the cutest dog you'll ever meet and extremely athletic!
